The Restaurant/Lounge Supervisor's responsibilities include:

* Responsible for supervising staff in all aspects of restaurant and lounge operations and service

* Ensure that orders are accurately prepared and delivered timely according to company standards

* Assist with department scheduling and ordering supplies

* Must have a comprehensive knowledge of both food and wine menus with a strong background and knowledge of wine

* Ensure that guest checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures

* Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule
